Refund Policy

We want you to love what you ordered from glownest.ca. If something's wrong, we'll sort it out.

1. Return window

You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return or refund.

2. Condition of items

Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or is the wrong item, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo — we'll arrange a replacement or full refund, and we cover the return shipping in these cases.

3. How to request a return

Email heygurrii1144@gmail.com with: your order number, the item(s) you want to return, and the reason (and a photo if damaged/defective/wrong). We'll reply with return instructions.

4. Return shipping

For change-of-mind returns, you pay the return shipping.
For our mistakes (damaged, defective, wrong item), we pay it.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days (your bank may take longer to show it).
Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except where the item arrived damaged, defective, or wrong.
