GlowNest ("we", "our", "us") operates the online store at glownest.ca.
1. General
By placing an order on glownest.ca, you agree to these terms. We may update them at any time; the version in effect when you order applies to that order.
2. Products and pricing
- All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and may change without notice.
- We do our best to show products accurately, but colours and appearance may vary slightly from photos.
- We reserve the right to cancel an order (with a full refund) if a product is mispriced or unavailable.
3. Orders and payment
- An order is confirmed once payment is received.
- We accept major credit/debit cards (via Shopify Payments) and PayPal.
- Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they ship — email us at heygurrii1144@gmail.com with your order number.
4. Shipping
- We ship Canada-wide.
- Estimated delivery: 10–15 business days from dispatch. This is an estimate, not a guarantee — delays can happen.
- Shipping rates: Standard $12.00 (free on orders over $75), Express $20.00.
- You are responsible for providing a correct shipping address. We can't reroute orders sent to a wrong address.
5. Returns and refunds
Please see our Refund Policy page for full details. In short: contact us within 30 days of delivery for return requests. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Damaged, defective, or wrong items: contact us within 14 days with a photo and we'll make it right (replacement or refund).
6. Intellectual property
All store content — text, images, logos — belongs to GlowNest unless stated otherwise. Don't copy or reuse it without permission.
7. Limitation of liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada.
